Custom Orders start with consultation and design draft of the exact requirements of the fine jewelry you are creating with us. We walk you through the entire process and have you choose the right designs to the right stones.
This process includes unlimited design drafting to narrow down the exact style you are looking for, then we move on to finding the perfect stone to match your needs in the realm of budget, size, colour, grading, and etc.
Consultation order includes everything you need to get the project started. Project will be drafted after the order of Custom Order Consultation is processed. This fee will be deducted from your first installment or total invoice, and is non-refundable once the project begins. Project begins when first design has been drafted.
Average time of processing a custom project from start of the design consultation to the final product takes about 2 to 8 weeks, and even longer depending on the complexity of the design.
